Are there any products needed/required for the course?
No. The bulk of the course focuses on habits that may be implemented without the purchase of any specific products. If there are specific products I know to be helpful in my own experience with myself or for clients, I will recommend them, but no products are required for the course.
How quickly can I expect to see results?
This is not meant to be a quick-fix approach, additionally, Every BODY is different, however, MOST participants should expect to begin seeing results by their next period. With continued practice, participants can expect to continue seeing improvements in following cycles. Those with underlying conditions (such as PCOS or missing/absent period) should expect to see noticeable improvement within 2-3 cycles following completion of the course.

This course seeks to educate participants on the basics on hormonal health including how daily lifestyle choices can positively or negatively impact hormonal balance. Balancing hormones lowers stress on the body putting it in a better position to heal.
With that being said, this course is for educational and informational purposes only. This course is not intended to treat or prevent any disease. I am not a doctor and cannot give medical advice for specific conditions. If you are on medication, Do Not stop taking your medication without first consulting your doctor. As with any vitamins or supplements, you should always consult your doctor before adding any vitamins or supplements to your routine.
How will the Course Content be Delivered?
Course content will be available through an online platform where you can move through modules and track your progress. The same content will also be available via a private Instagram account. This course is all about meeting you where you are at, so this way, you can choose to access the content in the way that makes the most sense for you!
