How much does the course cost?
           The course costs $39 and provides access to all of the content including access to any future content that is added. 

Are there any products needed/required for the course? 
           No. The bulk of the course focuses on habits that may be implemented without the purchase of any specific products. If there are specific products I know to be helpful in my own experience with myself or for clients, I will link those recommendations in the course.


How quickly can I expect to see results?
           This is not meant to be a quick-fix approach, additionally, Every BODY is different,  however, Most participants see results by their next period. With continued practice, participants can expect to continue seeing improvements in following cycles. Those with underlying conditions (such as PCOS or missing/absent period) may take 2-3 cycles before seeing noticeable improvement following completion of the course. Please Note: this course is not a substitute for professional medical care for such conditions.

        This course seeks to educate participants on the basics on hormonal health including how daily lifestyle choices can positively or negatively impact hormonal balance. Balancing hormones lowers stress on the body putting it in a better position to heal.
